Presentation of Branded Awareness Materials to OK FM Manager on World Day Against Trafficking in Persons
Monrovia, Liberia – 30 July 2026 – In observance of World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, and ahead of the awareness program in Kakata City, the Liberia Anti-Trafficking and Scam Victim Support Initiative [LATSVSI] today presented branded awareness materials to Mr. Clarence Jackson, Manager of OK FM.
The items presented included a branded T-shirt and commemorative mug in recognition of the media’s vital role in combating human trafficking, irregular migration, and scam-related activities across the region.
The Initiative recognizes that, due to limited resources, it is currently unable to conduct outreach in every community throughout Liberia. As a strategic approach, LATSVSI is engaging respected and influential individuals whose visibility and public platforms can help amplify awareness messages and encourage greater public vigilance.
By wearing and displaying these branded materials, influential leaders such as Mr. Jackson can help reinforce national efforts to educate communities about the dangers of human trafficking, irregular migration, and fraudulent schemes. Their participation extends the reach of the campaign, ensuring that critical prevention messages are shared with audiences across Liberia and beyond.
